(ii) For AM in System & Database Admin/Software Development – Employees working in central government / Equivalent in other PSU’s holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department with 10 years of regular service in Pay matrix 44900- 91400 (Pre -revised 9300- 34800 + Grade pay – Rs.4600) (iii) Three years Graduation in Science / Four years degree in Engineering/Technology from an Institute recognized by Govt recognized Institute / University as approved by AICTE / UGC. Master’s degree in Computer Applications is preferable Software Development: – Working experience in Software Development & Implementation in Java, Software Development, eGovernance projects, Working knowledge on Android, Python, AI-ML, IoT system projects, Software Management/Procurement & Inventory Management, Tender and Contract Management are desirable.
