Mode of Selection:
Selection will be based on the performance of candidates in Personal Interview.
Required Age:
For post (a), (b), (d) Candidates maximum age should not be more than 32 years.
For post (d) Candidates maximum age should not be more than 35 years.
For post (e) Candidates maximum age should not be more than 62 years as on 31/03/2015.
Essential Qualification:
For post (a) Candidate must have acquired Graduate/PG in HR served in HR position for atleast 5 years in dealing with comprehensive exposure in the areas of Staffing, Recruiting, Payroll Management etc. PGDHRM/PGDPIMR/Diploma in Labour Law will be added as advantage.
For post (b) Candidate must have acquired Graduation in Commerce/PG with CA with 5 years Experience in relevant area in bank having thorough knowledge of regulatory environment under SEBI, RBI, Income Tax etc in Balance Sheet Management, Taxation, Corporate Budgeting etc.
For post (c) Candidate must have acquired Graduation/PG in any discipline with 5 years Experience as an Officer under Commissioned Service in Indian Army/Navy/Air Force or 5 years of service as Police Officer not under the rank of Assistant Supdt. of Police/Dy. Supdt. of Police.
For post (d) Candidate must have acquired Bachelor Degree in Engineering such as B.Tech,BE & having Chattered Engineer Certificate or Income Tax approved valuer or Fellow of Institute of Valuers (FIV) with 5 years Experience in valuation of Movable & Immovable properties,Plant & Machinery as Panel valuer.
For post (e) Candidate must have acquired Graduate/PG from a recognized University with CAIIB/CA/ICWA as in additional qualification & 5 years Experience in Bank/Term lending institution in area of Credit Management.
